Sphalerite, also known as zinc blende and black-jack, is a zinc sulfide mineral that crystallizes in the form of masses, botryoidal, cubes, tetrahedral crystals, and dodecahedral crystals.

Sphalerite crystal fills the body with golden light, and  a feeling of 'lightness' within. It is warming, stimulating and uplifting, and strengthens the immune system

Sphalerite encourages psychic and spiritual development and can be very helpful in meditation and visualisation work.
