All of our items are shipped using Australia Post as they are the only company that services the whole of Australia.
The cost of postage includes "Signature on Delivery" - this requires your postie to obtain a signature in order to deliver your goods to you. If your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an addition cost to you.
Reasons for “Return to Sender”
- incorrect/incomplete address
- failure to pick up from your local post office within their timeframe
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.
